Not Worth It...

Robertsworksnetwork blog, just going over some of my past employment, and all I keep thinking is what a mess those places were. It's all in here. They're all like that. These places have a very high turnover rate of employees. A lot of the places I worked are now out of business. There is absolutely no job security. Pay cuts, not getting paid, and lying to the customers. All I have to say is these places are very aggravating to work for. Upper management is bad. Owners are worse. When it comes to no work coming in the door, it's time to go. These places turn you into a parts changer. This also means you have to do the work of others for the same pay.
